James Dennis O'Mally born July 14 1952 in the Kingsbridge section of the Bronx Ed and Patricia are generation parents whose parents were born in Mayo and Meath counties respective. I attended St Johns Grammar School and was the quarterback and middle linebacker on their first team earning MVP honors. My big thrill was sitting next to Willis Reed at the school's awards dinner. I then attended Manhattan Prep and then Manhattan College in the Bronx earning my business Degree. I went on to have a career in Finance working mainly in the International Banking area where I fortunately met and married now for near 40 years my love Jayne Susan O'Malley. Who says you cannot meet at work. We started out in a small ground floor apartment in Queens and moved to Town of Wallkill in 85 and never looked back . Jayne is a RN and manages the Nurse Navigation Program at ORMC as well as Lung Cancer Navigator. So proud of her. Now retired I continue to play the drums for 30 plus years and work part time at West Point sporting events and Touro College. My hobby growing up was music and reading anything I could get my hands on. I was the music Google before Google. I have lived a wonderful life and owe my good fortune and health to my belief in Our Lord and the kindness of my family of 2 brothers and sister, My parents relatives, friends and strangers [,,have
